Sawgrass Print Manager stopped working. Will not allow me to reload

Sawgrass Print Manager stopped working. I was using it one day, next day it keeps giving an error message and a long data dump message. Have tried to shut down system and reload with no success. Will not allow software to be reloaded. Tried the workaround from Sawgrass to no avail. Can someone help?
