Apple Pay / Camera, is it possible my iPhone is hacked?

So, today I got a message saying I order something of “noon” and the payment was 15 AED but it was through my Apple Pay keep in mind I didn’t enter wallet nor noon today and my camera won’t focus even if I click on it on the left side of the screen the square goes to the right and so on, so, is it possible my phone is hacked?

Apple Pay hacked on my iPhone? I normally don’t access my Apple Pay on my phone or anywhere, not even to check the balance. I didn’t think I should have to. Today, I checked it before paying someone and saw that there were 2 successful and 5 unsuccessful attempts charged to my account. The 5 unsuccessful attempts were due to insufficient funds. I checked my bank card account and no record of these charges. Could this be fraud? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
