How to remove Carrier lock

Only the carrier whom that iPhone is locked to can unlock it, if you're eligible.

Contact the carrier to which the phone is locked. They are the only ones who can remove the lock. Note......Depending on the original agreement, the carrier may be under no obligation to remove the lock.

Not sure who the carrier might be? Settings > General > About > Network

ONLY the carrier who applied the lock can release it.
