My email won’t download any info.

We'd be happy to help out with your email concerns. To clarify, if you login to your webmail, are emails coming through as expected for you, but not seeing them appear on your iPad's Mail app?

Also, what kind of email account are we talking about here? Is this an iCloud mail account or some third party mail account? Do you know if it's an IMAP or POP account? We ask as this will help us further determine what next steps to take to resolve the issue.
