Google Drive App for IPad storage usage higher than Google Drive real storage usage

Dear Community,

I need advice regarding the following matter.

My current Google Drive storage usage is 119 MB but the storage usage shown by the Google Drive App on mi iPad is 3.72 GB (out of which 3.5 GB are documents and data). I tried to clean up the cache by deleting the App, restarting the iPad and downloading the App again but nothing changed.

Furthermore, I deleted the App and restarted the iPad and the available storage was increased only by 0.3 GB (the total usage went from 29.4 GB to 29.1 GB). Why wasn’t it reduced by 3.72 GB?

What I am missing?
