i am sign in with my Apple ID on my Apple Watch and it is listed as in “find my”on my iPhone and as trusted device in my Apple ID settings but I can not open my name or passcode and I can not log in in to my iCloud on my watch, what could be a reason?

I don't believe that is a feature of Apple Watch. You can do what is necessary on your iPhone. You can sign into iCloud on a Web Browser on your computer. But you cannot, to my knowledge do so on Apple Watch.
As this is a user to user only forum, we can't answer why questions. But I have a why question for you. What do you hope to accomplish by logging into iCloud on your watch?
