I am can't add a card

I have spoken to the bank that issued the card. They don't see any restrictions. I have tried cards from different banks. Until a few days ago everything was working. Now it has stopped working. My friends who have iPhone 7 have the same problem. I tried adding my card to my friend's iPhone 11. It's working. The problem occurred on my iPhone 7. I have 2 iPhones 7, on both devices the cards have stopped being added to the apple wallet
