You have reached the limit on creating Apple IDs on an iPhone, eh? Create a new Apple ID elsewhere, and use that. Or use your existing Apple ID, the same one you’re posting from here.

(Creating an Apple ID on a device does not use additional storage on the device.)

Or subscribe to a higher storage tier for your existing usage.

(Swapping between Apple IDs for the added 5 GB of storage space each gets tedious.)

An iPhone is a single-user device. An iPhone does not allow nor provide multiple logins. There is only one login.

There are Apple IDs that can be created, and a limited number of those can be created on each iPhone, but none of those created Apple IDs will either add or remove any local, internal storage space on an iPhone. None.

Most Apple IDs including all of those created in an iPhone do have 5 GB of storage in iCloud, though swapping the iPhone among those Apple ID logins is tedious at best, and none of that will add or remove any local storage on an iPhone.

And for completeness, there is no way to increase internal storage, only to offload the contents to external storage or to hosted storage such as iCloud. And creating additional new Apple IDs will not alter Activation Lock, if that is potentially involved here.

Given these limits, what do you seek to accomplish here?

Starting iCloud Storage Anew:

Download All of iCloud:

If you wanted to, you could download all of iCloud, verify you can access what is in there (through use the search bar on the top-right corner of the Finder window), and then trash what is in there. Perform my User Tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip

You mentioned -

please my iCloud account is full and I cannot create some in my own .

Manage iCloud storage the link is already posted .

Maximum limit for creating Apple ID from the hardware address of iphone is three , you can't create more Apple ID accounts , however again sign in with your same Apple ID and it's account credentials ( in fact you have signed out the Apple ID ) in the empty fields or sign in with another apple id that was created from another Mac / iPad or different iPhone .
