When my iPad is charging and I receive a phone call synched from my iPhone, the iPad experiences a glitch that causes it to continuously play then first note from the ringtone. Almost like it’s stuttering. Does not stop until iPad is unplugged.

I talked with Apple Support today.


On phone, go to settings>phone>calls on other devices>Allow calls on other devices (disable for 30 seconds - then enable) after doing same on iPAD below.


On IPAD, go to settings>Facetime>Calls from iPHONE> disable for 30 seconds.  Enable on IPAD, then on iPHONE.   


Stutter ring should go away.
