Battery health dropped to 99% on 2 months 5 days usage

From the beginning the charging cycle maintained is between 20 to 90%. and charged only in official apple's 20W charger.

Hello,

Depending on usage, that is normal and is nothing to worry about. Generally, Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the battery health falls below 80% during the first year.

And? Not allowing it to fully charge then means you’re accumulating cycles. That’s the number one cause of battery capacity decline. If you allow it to fully charge then it will stop charging and stop actively using the battery while it’s fully charged (or held off in optimized charging mode) and connected to external power.
