battery health dropped to 99% in 1 month (i bought it last March 1), charging habit: 30/40% to 80% only then I unplug it. I sometimes use it while charging or my cellular data is on while charging.
Is this normal??

This is perfectly normal. All batteries degrade with time and usage. The typical Apple Battery will last about two years with normal usage. when Battery Health reaches 80%, it will be time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for Battery Replacement.
