Safari does not work with Apple Relay turned on

For some weeks Safari does not work properly. Which means that Websites are not loading at all. When I turn off Apple Relay everything works and websites are loaded. I'm not sure if I blocked anything in Little Snitch that could be the reason. But then again why should everything work when I tun off Apple Relay?

Has anyone figured out how to resolve Private Relay causing pages not to load? Hello, Iʻve subscribed to iCloud+ since December and since then Private Relay works on and off. I usually have it enabled, but then all of a sudden, pages donʻt load and the progress bar in Safari is stuck... not just slow, but stuck. So... I disable Private Relay and then all is good in terms of loading, but then I donʻt have the benefit of Private Relay. Also, whenever this happens, I first go to Firefox and can load the same page, no problem. Therefore itʻs not my ISP or router causing the problem. I have Monterey 12.6.5, Mac Studio, Safari 16.4.1. I never had a VPN or website filtering software. Does anyone know whether there is a remedy? Iʻve seen other threads with recommendations to reboot, but that it doesnʻt seem to be the solution. Safari Can't Connect to iCloud Private Relay Hey everyone, I know that this topic has already been discussed here but the fix doesn't seem to work for me. I've been using Private Relay for a long time now and there has never been a problem with Safari on Mac. For the last couple of days I can't connect to any websites anymore when Private Relay is turned on. I restarted Safari but to no effect. Only turning off Private Relay helps. I'm on the latest MacOS version. Thanks for your help.

How can I fix Private Relay causing slow browsing on MacBook Air? Private Relay slowing speed of my browsing. Very visible. Even google.com services are almost impossible to use with Private Relay turned on. Why? Problem started 2-3 months ago, and it appears from time to time. Like once/twice a week... Update: iCloud relay works in my friends flat! Visited sites work fine with Safari on my mac.

(Also It always worked on my phone at home.)
