Regarding I cloud storage

I am facing a problem, I am using apple coverage+ plan. I was told that if I use the coverage+ plan, the 50 GB I cloud storage plan will be given for free. But till now icloud 50 GB storage plan has not been provided to me please solve this problem as soon as possible
