Apple Developer Membership Reinstatement

Hello!

Could you please recommend an effective way for checking the status of Apple Developer Reinstatement requests.

My company's membership was terminated last year. I received no answer for my first appeal.

Nearly three weeks ago I have filed the second one and again have no answer. There is even no any Case IDs. My emails regarding the issue are also ignored.

At the moment I want at least be sure the appeal has been successfully received and is under review. But there is no understanding how to get this info.

Please help
