Apple Watch Activity App Points error

I am in a competition on my activity app on my apple watch, as of yesterday is suddenly deducted the previous days points and gave my competitor additional points had not earned. My competitor is now ahead of me in the competition for points he did not earn. On Sunday he burnt 364 calories out of 600 whereas I did 623 out of 600, at the end of the day I had 600 points and now it is showing he had 600 points and I had 377, this doesn't make any sense.

Usually, these discrepancies are due to syncing issues between your Apple Watch and iPhone. Try a quick reboot of both devices to sync up the data correctly. If that doesn't work, you could try unpairing and then re-pairing your Watch to the iPhone, as this often sorts out data discrepancies.
