After finishing a running workout, a few minutes later, I’ve got the New Move Goal award again on my Apple Watch when I closed my move ring, and this is not true. No, I didn’t change my daily move goal; I always set my move to goal to 30 minutes per day. I first moved two days ago, with all activity rings closed, and earned the New Move Goal award that day.
Apple needs to fix this bug.

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
