Black Screen with your computer restarted because of a problem...

I had turned off my computer and unplugged it and when I plugged it back in and turned it on I got the Apple logo a brief loading bar that didn't load and then it flips to this screen. I have tried to reset PRAM, NVRAM & SMC and I have even tried to enter Recovery mode during boot (CMD+R) and it doesn't work. I am stuck....

The message indicates the computer suffered a Kernal Panic. KP's can be tough to diagnose as they can be caused by either hardware failures or software problems. Considering your computer will not boot up now I think your's has had a hardware failure.

Please try to restart in Safe Mode and if that fails then try holding down the power button for 15-20 seconds and see if it boots up. If you still cannot get it started then please contact AppleCare ( AppleCare Contact Info ) to book an appointment for some diagnostics to be done.

Best of luck!
