Can't get one certain group message

MMS is a phone carrier feature, contact them to troubleshoot.

Is that what your phone carrier told you? Again, doesn't matter if no settings has been change, MMS is still a phone carrier feature, that you pay a monthly service to, not Apple.

I’m having the same problem cannot reply to certain group message been working with Apple technician for two weeks I have deleted my phone brought back to factory settings, etc. don’t know what else to do

I have iPhone 13 Pro Max ISO 17.4
