iPad Keyboard Question:
I have 2 iPads - iPad Air and iPad Pro.
The screen keyboard on iPad Pro show a larger keyboard, top row with the numbers.
iPad Air shows a smaller keyboard, default with letters, and alterrnate/switchable mode with numbers.
Is it possible to configure the iPad Air to use the full keyboard (as on iPad Pro), even it the keys would be slightly smaller?

No, but you can probably find a 3rd party keyboard in the app store which has some of the features you want. Also you can turn on Key Flicks on the Air which makes it easier to type without switching levels.
