My iPhone has been hacked by 3 Chinese hackers.

I have tried to contact Apple support and because of this on going issue it has to be escalated to a Senior Advisor. I have had several bad experiences with a few senior advisors. The 3 WiFi networks that they use are from China. It’s been verified by the Federal Bureau of Investigations in ATL Ga. What do I do?

Yes, people call in believing their phones have been hacked all the time. They have not been. It's virtually impossible unless you are a high value target of a repressive government. Oh, and by the way, even if it were possible, a WiFi network in China can't do anything to your phone, especially if you are not physically in China.

Your phone has not been hacked.

Exactly what behavior are you seeing that makes you think you have been?

You have not been hacked. Saying Wi-Fi network in China has hacked your iPhone is like staying your car was stolen by parking lot in Germany, when your car is in Alaska.

Wi-Fi networks are localized. No agency would in the world would ever say you were hacked by a Wi-Fi network.

Wi-Fi networks are passive, they cannot actively access a device. Devices are the one that access Wi-Fi networks.

This seems to have happened to me to on Saturday morning I woke up to an alert to say my Apple ID had been used to login from china, so I declined login and changed my apple password and logged all devices and did not share new password with anyone (only used to sign into iTunes).

this afternoon received another notification to say my Apple ID gad been used to login again from china.

how is this happening?

Did the messages say that your Apple ID was used to log in? Or did they say that someone had attempted to log in? If the former, you should enable Two-Factor Authentication. If the latter, Two-Factor Authentication is working.

Oh, and one more thing: Wi-Fi Networks can have a lot to do with being being hacked, if that network a user is connected to isn’t a secure network. If connected to a network that isn’t secured, and a hacker is connected to that same network, they’re able to use a program that reads all outgoing web traffic (these bits of information that are sent out are called packets). This is how data can be easily stolen. Example: hacker is intercepting the traffic, and you login to your banking app. They know the name of the app, your login information, and then voila. They have access to your banking info. More than likely, this person will also have a VPN. So if I had to assume what the OP meant, is that the location from the phone data showed activity from a location in China. IP addresses can be traced, however, if they have a VPN, it can show one location and they’re across the world. Again, I’m assuming that’s what they meant, I can’t obviously say with 100% certainty that’s what happened though.

Iphones can be hacked I spent a week with Verizon and Apple support trying to save my 13 pro max. Apple Store told me that there was nothing they could do that this was government level hacking and had me file reports with the police, ftc, and the fbi. What they were able to do before all the new security updates was terrifying. Pretty sure they got in with the Microsoft security certificate breach. Just wait until this is mainstream. Non believers are gonna be in rude awakening.

icloud and Apple ID hack/identity theft

all apps hacked, spying and all devices and family shared accounts compromised.

10 years of education of university and work (co-op). All files, documents, exams and papers, submissions to course material, banking and record of employment through university, have been compromised.

Apartment intrusion,… identity theft. Apple support recognized the logo and attempted to help and the hacking got worse.

Unable to be helped unless you factory reset annd lose everything. Personal photos constantly being viewed through hack ( iCloud.

If this is still unanswered and Apple still is unable to identify or rule whether this is a cause? I have proof of what I have. Police notified. Apple notified. University IT services notified.

Deadly. You’ll lose everything.

my experience- could be a bunch of different webs in association all I know is the logo through iCloud backup owns all my apps and I have no access. Internet revolution in my opinion. They lead you into the trap and you’ll reset passwords they can now access… authentication system and Face ID compromised. Browser affected when attempting to notify officials and lost access then and there.

the reason my profile shows the username it does and why this is so poorly written is because I’m using my compromised device as I want to keep it to be examined tomorrow by uni and police following Apple lastly before I lose everything. I am wondering if the keyboard is used to easily correct my words and sentences (helping to gain and lose access) of certain. Information and inputs.
