I have tried to contact Apple support and because of this on going issue it has to be escalated to a Senior Advisor. I have had several bad experiences with a few senior advisors. The 3 WiFi networks that they use are from China. It’s been verified by the Federal Bureau of Investigations in ATL Ga. What do I do?

Yes, people call in believing their phones have been hacked all the time. They have not been. It's virtually impossible unless you are a high value target of a repressive government. Oh, and by the way, even if it were possible, a WiFi network in China can't do anything to your phone, especially if you are not physically in China.

It would be interesting to learn why people think that their phone has been hacked. An iPhone is very difficult for someone who does not know the passcode, the 2 factor authentication information, or the Apple ID and password to hack a phone.
The exact same thing is happening to me. This is my second IPhone in two months and the fourth applied. Nothing stops it. I have lost over $3000 worth of electronics that were synced to my phone. They have hacked everything own.

If you are talking about the Keyboard Data, there's no problem with that as far as I know.

This seems to have happened to me to on Saturday morning I woke up to an alert to say my Apple ID had been used to login from china, so I declined login and changed my apple password and logged all devices and did not share new password with anyone (only used to sign into iTunes).
this afternoon received another notification to say my Apple ID gad been used to login again from china.
how is this happening?
I received a page of Pure Chinese writings and symbols. I don’t subscribe to any such site. I also received a photo of some Chinese man, looks official and the options to click were in Chinese. I took a screenshot of this man which is saved in my photos. Who do I contact by phone for a live voice, a live representative to help me resolve this issue? Do I go to police? Do I contact FBI?
