How do I make iPhone take photo sequences rather than movies with a long button press

iPhone, used to allow a long button press to take a photo sequence, like Amo to drive on an all-time camera. Now it seems to just switch to movie mode. Is there someway to return to the sequence option, or is it just a matter of making a movie and then pulling out a single frame? Is the resolution the same?

Taking picture with iphone I'm using an iphone SE2. When I take a picture in Photo Mode, my phone always shoots in movie mode with multiple frames instead of one Still photo. How can I correct this?
