I canceled my CTO-MacBook Pro order through an online purchase, but I still received a bill from my credit card bank.
What should I do in this case? Will the refund be automatically issued to me?
Apple won't bill you until the product ships, and after it ships is too late to cancel the order. But, if you did order from Apple, you have 14 days from delivery to return the Mac for a refund. If you ordered directly from Apple, talk to Apple support which is not here.
Non-Apple sources have their own process for ordering and billing you and you should take this credit card charge up with them.
