i cant pair my airpods gen 3 after connect them to a computer

To clarify, are you tryin to connect your AirPods to a Mac or PC? While AirPods have additional functionality and are designed for use with Mac and iOS products, they should still function as general Bluetooth headphones with your PC.

If this is a PC, you'd place the AirPods into pairing mode by opening the case with the AirPods inside and holding the button on the back until the white light starts to blink. After that pair them to your PC as you would any other Bluetooth device.
