14 Pro Max factory paint defect

Hi, back when I bought my iPhone in November I noticed the back had this yellow spot (shaped like a half circle) but didn't pay much attention to it since I put it in the case I bought for it quickly.

The spot is located under the glass, the phone is in perfect condition with no scratches since I also applied a screen protector after getting it out of the box.

There are two questions related to this issue.

1. Is this covered by warranty?
2. In case this is covered by warranty, the phone was bought in the US and I'm currently settled in Peru. Is the warranty still valid here?
