I've got the new macbook pro 2023 m2 max 16gb ram 16 inch, and i do some stress tests for the cpu, idling cpu average temp is around 35-45 dgs maximum, and when working hard like 5-6 apps opened its going to 60dgs but fans dont start, so i put it under stress test then it went to 90dgs and fans started at minimum, no noticable heat over surface and keyboard. its this normal?

My brand new MacBook Pro 16 is doing the same. I have no apps open, and even in sleep mode it still sounds like a rocket ship. I sent it to be repaired for a week through Apple. They replaced the logic board and said it was fine. I got it back and continues to run so loudly that I can't use it during my grad school classes. Very frustrated and will be taking it back to Apple.
