OS updates/upgrade
My macbook pro (mid 2014) is running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.
No updates are available which I assume is because it's an old OS.
What OS can i upgrade to on this Macbook?
MacBook Pro 15″, OS X 10.10

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a more-recent OS. Its maximum one is Big Sur.
Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
