clipper card will not add to wallet from previous

Have you tried going to the App Store to download a new clipper card? I don't know if the clipper app will detect who you are or your current account, but it couldn't do any harm. Also, if you click on Clipper Card, and then tap the three dots in a circle in the upper right hand corner, you can select card details. Scroll down until you see "Turn on Service Mode", but clicking it doesn't seem to do anything. Instead, according to the sentence under Service Mode, "Service Mode will allow station agents and kiosks to help with any issues with your card". Perhaps that is who can resolve this issue?

Alternatively, if you want to roll the dice, tap clipper card, three dots in a circle, and scroll down to "Remove Card". I don't know what will happen if you remove card, or what would happen to the funds your card is charged with, but I would expect them to find their way back to you automatically. Also, be sure to write the "Service ID# down if you choose to remove your card. A kiosk agent may need that number to transfer your funds from old to new.

Hello again, I was wrong about going to the App Store to download a new clipper card. Instead, you would click the + icon in your wallet app, tap transit, then tap Clipper, and see where that goes.
