I am unable to add Visa card to my apple pay, but I am able to add Mastercard and AMEX to my apple pay. I tried to turn off the passcode and turn on again, but still cannot. What can I do?

2.Check for service outages or connection issues.
3.Contact your bank or card issuer if you see the following error messages while adding your card to Apple Wallet:Â
Apple does not approve or decline cards for use with Apple Pay. If your card was declined, contact your bank or card issuer.
