I bought a lifetime access for Babbel yet Apple notifies me for annual subscription expiring by end of this month of May?

Bought a lifetime access of Babbel but Apple reminds me to Renew annually by the end of this month of May, but no Cancel option at all, how do I resolve this?

Babbel advised to cancel via Settings subscription but no Cancel option to do this.

Hey Grogu_yes,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

Here's a Babbel's support article, that provides information on canceling their subscription: How can I cancel a subscription? – Babbel Help Center. Depending on where you signed up for the subscriptions, steps will vary.

If you're still not seeing the subscription, check out the the information here: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple. Once there, scroll to the section labeled "Can’t find the subscription that you want to cancel?" This information may help you with cancelling the subscription.

If you're unable to to cancel the subscription and the subscription was set up through Apple App Store, we suggest contacting Apple Support here: Get Support They will be able to further investigate the issue with you not being able to cancel the subscription.

Take care.
