TradingView chart not loading on iPad anymore
Hi, I’ve been using TradingView on my iPad 7th generation (currently on iOS 16). For the past 2 days, my charts are not loading. Every other feature on the app works except the charts. I contacted TradingView and was told that my ping was high and there seems to be a connection problem. However, I’m using the same wifi connection on my mobile phone(android) and laptop(windows) and operating TradingView on those devices with no issues. I’ve cleared my cache, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, tried opening it from the safari browser as well but same problem. I even switched my connection and used the Wi-Fi at work, I reseted my network settings as well but still no charts loading.
I’ve been using TradingView on this device for over two years with no issues prior to this. Please assist.
