Password for HTTP proxy authentication

I’ve made sure in my settings that the VPN is not enabled in my general settings….but since I did the latest software update on my iPhone 11 Pro, I can’t get iMessage to work….it keeps asking me for my proxy username and password…any suggestions? Thank you!!
