TouchID Duo Popup

Since upgrading to 13.3.1 (a) I'm now getting the attached pop up when using Duo MFA. Duo allows TouchID, and it works great. But after the upgrade I now get the pop up, which adds an extra step to the login process. Before the upgrade, no pop up.


I can't find where to disable that in settings. I've looked in TouchID, Passkeys, etc. ??

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.4 —I would start there.

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
