Water damage for iPhone 11 Pro?
Since the iPhone 11 Pro is suppose to be able to go under water for several feet for up to 30 minutes. Will Apple repair for free since phone was underwater a couple of feet for 10 seconds and now won't power on?

No it is NOT “suppose to be able to go under water” at all. That is not how water resistance works.
Liquid damage is NOT covered by the warranty.
You will have to pay to have the device replaced. Liquid damage is not repairable.

The water resistance standards are measured under ideal conditions. We don't live in that world. See also:

I thought you would have taken the time to read the specs of an iPhone 11 Pro before answering this, but maybe you are just going for Apple support points?
The only way KiltedTim could get points is if you, the original poster, awards them. None of us who've been around these forums for very long are in it for the points. But, nor are we in it for gratuitous abuse.
Such a scam as evident by many lawsuits! Time will tell with this scam. IP68 states harmful effects shall not be possible with "continuously immersed in water". Makes me want to become a lawyer. I think your language is very incorrect using "resistance", there is no language in Apple's claims like you state. Your answer is actually very weird because you have diagnosed my damaged phone from my supposed water damaging event saying not repairable when many phones have been. Someone else please respond.
Read the specs (IP68 - understand this before you write)!! You have no idea what you are talking about. You need to read the specs before you answer questions, I thought you would have taken the time to read the specs of an iPhone 11 Pro before answering this, but maybe you are just going for Apple support points? I can't help you if you are going to make up false statements out of your head without quoting any documented facts.
Sorry, but you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Try actually reading the specification.
