Can't sync iPod classic A1238 with MacBook Air running Ventura 13.3.1 How do I sync my Music app content with my iPod classic - no screen comes up when I click on it in Finder. No problem accessing the HD drive's other content. iPod shows 'Connected' and will disconnect OK.

Can you give us a hint as to what type of problem you are having? Does your PC recognize the iPod? Perhaps these articles will help:
