i was curious to know if i can rearrange the apps widgets in the app library. When i go to app library i see in the top is "Suggestions and recently added" what if i want the top two to be Entertainment and Games or Social and Travel. How can i change that?
Sorry, no. There is no customization options for the App Library.
If you want groups of apps in a specified order, you can use folders on your Home Screen, and can arrange them any way you want there.
