health app shows heart beat at a wide range at same time

Not sure if this means something or if my apple watch (series 2) is just old. Every time I compare it to a finger tip HR monitor or check my blood pressure, it's been accurate. I'm used to seeing a single red dot when it auto checks my HR every 4-6 minutes, and I though the larger dots where my manual checks. But sometimes I see a larger dot with a small range, like 76-79, and also 2 large dots spaced apart, showing 75-111. This pic is from today. I do have crazy health issues, so hoping to figure out what those 2 dot wide ranges mean. Is it an error or does it actually mean it monitored a massive change in a short span?

It only reports every 15 minutes, even though it reads more frequently, so if your heart rate varies during the previous 15 minutes it shows the range of readings. It means there have been several widely different readings in the previous 15 minutes. If you were exercising during that interval that might account for the difference, but if you have any doubts check with your doctor.
