Imessage not working over cellular

You clearly have an issue with Cellular Data.

Open Settings ➡️ Cellular: Here, ensure that all apps have the corresponding switches set to ON.

If the above looks good, then try resetting network settings. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset Network Settings: This action will require you to re-enter password(s) to your known Wi-Fi Networks as you connect to them.

If the above still does not resolve the issue then please contact your carrier for further support.
