Gmail app won’t allow me to sign in.

When I click on the widget it takes me to a screen that says Sign In. That goes to the next screen, which instead of being a sign-in screen is a screen to add accounts. This screen is unresponsive as well.

There is no actual support option or ability to contact the developer on the App Store. It was working fine 10 minutes before.
