Why does my apple watch suddenly sound like a ball baring is rolling around when I move my wrist?

Why does my apple watch suddenly sound like a ball baring is rolling around when I move my wrist? For the last couple of weeks, whenever I move my wrist that has my apple watch on it, I hear was sounds like a ball baring rolling around inside it. I don't remember ever hearing this before. Is it damaged to am I just finally hearing this?

It should not make any noise when moving it.
