Apple iMac 27" Retina 5K / 32GB 1TB SSD / Mac OSX 2021
Heard a crash, and found my iMac in two pieces.
Ribbon cable is connected to screen but disconnected from board. Any diagram to lead me to plug it back and see if it still works?
I never opened it but bought certified refurbished 5 months ago.

Last time I asked how much filling a claim for busted front door would affect the premium, I never filed a claim, but they premium doubled anyway.:(
Doesn't eBay promise that if you get ripped off by anyone they will reimburse you?
Not sure. I know they have one, but I haven't looked very deeply into their buyer protection rules.
Yes after much discussion and calls, I'm waiting for a refund to hit my credit card from eBay.
