Hello jayaref,
Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you.
We've done a bit of research and found that what you are experiencing may have to do with how the webpage was saved, or due to the website restrictions. You can see full details in Save part or all of a webpage in Safari on Mac - Apple Support, but we've highlighted what we think will be most beneficial to you below.
Save an entire webpage
1. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose File > Save As.
2. Choose Format > Web Archive or Format > Page Source.
* Web archive: Saves all graphics, and links work as long as the destination webpages are available. Web archives are useful for temporary pages, such as receipts.
* Page source: Saves only the HTML source code. This is useful if you want to use the HTML source in a webpage of your own.
Note: Some webpages may prevent you from saving items that appear on the webpage.
Let us know if this information is helpful and matches up with what you're experiencing. Also, test saving it in a different manner to see if that helps.
Best regards.
