MacBook Pro 14 Pro 2023 - press the power button don't lock screen every time

When Touch ID is enabled pressing power button don't lock screen every time. Sometimes after second, sometimes after third (short) press it does. When I disabled Touch ID in settings, it works every time. I think it is a software issue. Unlocking by touch the Touch ID works perfectly.

Hello adfgadghdj,

We found information for you about locking your MacBook Pro, as it's different with your MacBook Pro with Touch ID model.

• Control-Command-Q: Immediately lock your screen.
• Power button: Press to turn on your Mac or wake it from sleep. Press and hold for 1.5 seconds to put your Mac to sleep.* Continue holding to force your Mac to turn off.
* Does not apply to the Touch ID sensor.
