Help me sync my music to my iPhone

To sync music from my Mac to my iPhone, it said turn off "Cloud Music Library".

where is "Cloud Music Library." to turn off?

I do not want to sync Cloud Music Library.

Adding music from macOS to iPhone through cloud music library. For a while, my Apple music library hasn't been up to date, and it takes hours or days to add a few songs to my Cloud music library. Usually, when I update my Cloud music library, it shows a progression bar; now, it doesn't show up at all. IDK if it's just me, or this means that Apple Music needs to be fixed in the next software update.

syncing music, iphone->Mac. "Sync Library" option not availalbe. Hi all. iphone SE latest version, latest os. In iphone Settings:Apps:Music, there's no Sync Library option available. Have tried signing out then in for Media & Purchases in Settings:Account. No luck? Ideas how I can get Sync Library to appear in Settings? Do I need to subscribe to Apple Music, maybe, to share my music between phone and Mac? Thanks, Steve

If you don't want to use cloud syncing, you can simply sync your phone by temporarily connecting to the computer via USB. See steps in here: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
