Why are my messages with photos not sending

“Messages with photos” require MMS from your cellular carrier if they are going to non-Apple telephones.

MMS requires both the following:

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “on”
Permission from your cellular carrier to use MMS under your plan. This may cost extra.
