Since updating to iso 16.4 texts are silenced in dnd instead of quietly notifiying me.

Since the iso update to 16.4 my texts are delayed at reciving when my phone is in dnd and I did not modify any settings. They are the default settings you get when you get your phone new. My phone will not display these texts until I open the text message app. This is frustrating as I've missed several important texts by days. It will not recive them when sender issues a text but rather dealy them for a few days before receiving them.

I have an iphone 11 iso 16.4. I am updating it to 16.5 and hopefully that will fix the issue.
