I have got Apple TV 2022 and my Siri Remote has 0x0021 firmware version. I have tried restart Apple TV, charge siri remote… I have tried reset (factory settings) my Apple TV. Still same problem.
I had Apple TV 2021 and Siri Remote had latest firmware.
Can you tell me how to update Siri Remote?

The Siri Remote gets any applicable firmware updates automatically in the background, while idle, without user interaction. There is no manual update procedure. Firmware versions are expected to differ between remote models. You can’t compare the 2021 and 2022 models for this.

The remote says the firmware version is 0x83. Is that the newest?
Yes, that seems to be the firmware release of this month, that made the Find Remote function possible.
If you expected the update but are not getting it, then verify that your remote is charged enough, or powering by cable. Updates are not applied to low-charge devices (<50% I think).
There should be an update for all devices. Then it gets confusing
