The iCloud on my lap top does not recognize my Apple password. I have changed the password twice and my iPhone recognizes it but the lap top does not. iCloud appears about every 5 minutes telling me to sign in interrupting my work. How can I get iCloud to recognize the password or how can I eliminate iCloud?

Just to confirm, are you signed in to the same exact iCloud account on your laptop as your iPhone? If you use a Mac, you can check this by going to the Apple logo on the top left corner > System Preferences > Your name on the top list. If it's the same email address, select iCloud > and select Sign Out. Once signed out, try signing back in: Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac
Also, make sure that you don't have any third-party keyboard or caps lock enabled when you enter your password.
