Stolen iPhone with no AppleCare+ Recently got my phone snatched out of my hands at a concert, it had FindMy iPhone on but the phone was turned off shortly after being stolen. Hasn't been turned on an no update since. Just got the phone 3 weeks ago so still have the limited warranty from Apple, but not AppleCare+. If I register for AppleCare+ now, even after my phone was stolen, would the Apple Store cover majority of the cost to get a new one?

Click here and look it up. Note that AppleCare+ doesn't cover lost or stolen iPads.
