5/22/23 Safari hangs on Google Sheets

Anyone notice Google Docs/Sheets hanging on Safari after load? All published troubleshooting tried. All software up to date. Multiple machines and OS versions. Chrome works fine.

Google sheets will not work now that I have updated to this version of Safari. Is anyone else having this issue? Is anyone else have trouble with their google sheets not working in Safari now that the 16.5 version has been released? The page is completely frozen. I have cleared cookies, cache, and history. I have no plugins or extensions running.

Safari Issues, hangs, pages not working. Safari 17.5 I will add that I do not have of the same issues in Chrome or Firefox . Pages not loading or hanging. Mouse clicks not working. Videos hang after starting at some point. Scroll on mouse very slow and jerky or not working. I can say that CNN website is unusable in safari. The nhl.com site has scrolling issues. MLB site has many issues Again, no problems with chrome or Firefox for me.

Safari Freezes on New Incognito Window Whenever I open a new incognito window in Safari, the browser becomes unresponsive and I get the spinning rainbow wheel for about 20 seconds before it starts working again. I’ve already tried disabling several start page options like “Favourites” and “Privacy Report” from the Edit menu, but that didn’t help. I also turned off all my extensions (Awesome Screenshot, Font Ninja, AdGuard), yet the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what might be causing it or how to fix it?

Looks like it was solved yesterday for a very short period of time but today the error is back... very strange. Anybody else can confirm?

Yes, the same for me. It worked for a few hours yesterday, but didn't work again this morning.
